Data Deletion Instructions

OliAlert values your privacy and data ownership. Since all your vehicle profiles, oil trackers, expense records, and maintenance timelines are stored locally on your device, you have complete and absolute custody over your data.

Here are the ways you can permanently delete your data in compliance with Google Play Store Data Safety rules.

1. Deleting Specific Vehicles & Records Instantly

To delete a specific vehicle profile along with all its oil logs, schedules, and expenses from the application database:

1. Open the OliAlert application.
2. Tap the "Vehicles" (Kendaraan) tab in the bottom navigation menu.
3. Find the vehicle you wish to remove.
4. Tap the Delete (Trash Icon).
5. Confirm the action in the prompt. This action permanently deletes the vehicle and all related logs from the SQLite database.

2. Wiping All App Data Permanently

To wipe all vehicle settings, SharedPreferences, local databases, and cached values from your Android device entirely:

1. Open your Android device's Settings.
2. Navigate to Apps or Application Manager.
3. Scroll down and select OliAlert.
4. Tap on Storage.
5. Tap the "Clear Data" (Hapus Data) and "Clear Cache" (Hapus Memori) buttons.
6. This completely resets the local SQLite database and restores the app to its original post-download state.

3. Requesting Removal of Anonymous Billing Logs

OliAlert tracks premium subscription statuses anonymously via RevenueCat and the Google Play Billing platform. No personal identity records are associated with these transaction numbers.

If you wish to request the deletion of any anonymous transaction traces linked to your account, please email your transaction receipts or purchase details to timuners@proton.me. We will process your deletion request with our billing partner within 7 business days.
